We are pleased to inform that, effective April 1, 2023, we have started operations under the new corporate name, LOGISTEED, Ltd. Also prior to that, on March 31, we held a kick-off event, "Taking on the Future LOGISTEED," in order to move forward together as one LOGISTEED Group company.
Through a strong partnership with KKR & Co. L.P. (KKR), we aim further growth of our business and improvement of our corporate value. We appreciate your continued understanding and support.

We’re changing our name to LOGISTEED, and entering a new phase in which we propel society into the future with the power of new logistics. Together with our partners across industries, we will bring innovations to logistics and integrate advanced technologies to find answers that don’t yet exist. Our goal is to provide logistics services that move businesses forward, and create a vibrant society where people can lead fulfilling lives towards a better tomorrow.

The guidelines for our actions as we take these new steps forward are the LOGISTEED WAY. It shows you the way we should “be” as a group and the “path” we should take. It would also be the touchstone for all of the decisions we make along the way in our journey.
