LOGISTEED, Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company has newly enacted the LOGISTEED Group Human Rights Policy to promote initiatives respecting human rights throughout the Group company.

Under the corporate philosophy, “to deliver high-quality services that will help make the world a better place for people and nature for generations to come,” our Group supports Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights by the United Nations, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, United Nations Global Compact, International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, based on those international norms and standards related to human rights, this newly policy defines the actions we should take to protect human rights and dignity for people affected in our business activities.

As one of the foundations that supports ESG management, our Group has listed material issue to “establish a responsible supply chain in which human rights are respected.” In addition to improving quality and productivity, we have strived to realize a sustainable supply chain such as implementing environmental and social assessment, suppliers’ legal compliance, and also making efforts to build mechanisms to avoid, prevent and mitigate human rights issues of relevant stakeholders.

We will continue to make efforts to establish a business foundation that respects human rights, with this policy as the highest policy on human rights.
