On November 10, LOGISTEED, Ltd. (LD) held VC (Value Change & Creation) Awards 2023 where the Group employees provide presentation of their work improvement, and also had awards ceremony. This is the Group’s internal annual event with a catchphrase of Let's accelerate recognition and praise! VC Award is a place to show examples of daily efforts to improve productivity and efficiency that put the "LOGISTEED WAY" into practice at each Gemba, and to introduce initiatives that have received awards from outside the company as well.

In this year, the main venue, LOGISTEED CAFÉ (LD headquarters) and domestic and overseas bases were connected online, and more than 900 employees participated in the event. Improvements and good practices cases were applied by all Group companies, and 11 of those cases were nominated by internal screening in advance. In addition to message of support, employees asked questions regarding the content of the presentation, and also Executives provided advice. Moreover, the co-awarded winning entries at the Japan Packaging Contest 2023 (August) were introduced, and internal awards were given.

The Group will continue striving to establish a custom of work improvement and upwards employee engagement through visualization of improvement activities and cultivation of the culture of praise.
