LOGISTEED, Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company has been recognized for two consecutive year under outstanding organizations recognition program, which is jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council)*.

The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program is a system in which Nippon Kenko Kaigi recognizes companies that practice excellent health and productivity management, based on initiatives in line with local health issues or health promotion recommended by Nippon Kenko Kaigi. At this time, four of our Group companies, LOGISTEED East Japan, Ltd., LOGISTEED Central Japan, Ltd., LOGISTEED West Japan, Ltd., and LOGISTEED Kyushu, Ltd., were also certified for two consecutive years.

We issued the Group Corporate Health Declaration in August 2022. The Group recognizes employees’ health to be one of the management issues which we should address. As main initiative, our industrial physician and health nurses work together with the health insurance association to issue a material document and provide health guidance to support employees in maintaining and improving their health. Also, we have introduced cancer screening as a part of the regular health checkup to promote early detection and treatment of diseases. Furthermore, we have set up a consultation desk for employees and their families, and the specialist of the field will respond. We are promoting the creation of workplaces where employees can keep their wellness.
