The President of Turkey subsidiary earned award of merit from Luxembourg

Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. (herein called HTS) announced that the chairman and CEO of its Turkey subsidiary Mars Logistics Group Inc. (herein called MARS*), Garip Sahillioglu, earned an award of merit “Officier” from Grand Duchy of Luxembourg by his distinguished contribution to the Luxembourg economy.

The award of merit “Officier” is a prestigious award which is given to a person to recognize his/her distinguished service to Luxembourg. The award ceremony was held on March 20. Deputy prime minister and Minister of the Economy, Mr. Etienne Schneider, gave medal and diploma of the merit to the chairman and CEO of MARS, Garip Sahillioglu.

*MARS is a Turkey consolidated subsidiary of Hitachi Transport System, Ltd.
