Announcement of
Establishment of Hitachi Transport System East Japan Distribution Services Co., Ltd.

Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. hereby announced an outline of a new company that will succeed the distribution service business of Hitachi Life, Ltd., based on a share purchase agreement that we have concluded to acquire all shares of the new company on November 29, 2019.
