Notification of "My Jinken Declaration"

The Hitachi Transport System Group hereby provides notification that it has made a “My Jinken Declaration.”
“My Jinken Declaration” is an initiative aimed at realizing a society in which everyone respects human rights by declaring that companies, organizations and individuals will take actions that respect human rights by participating in the “My Jinken Declaration” project run by the Ministry of Justice. The Group established the HTS Group Code of Conduct in 2016 and has set forth “respect for human rights” as a basic action guideline, and will gain a deeper understanding of the respect for human rights through this declaration.

The Group’s “My Jinken Declaration”

The Hitachi Transport System Group has established the HTS Group Code of Conduct that begins with wording on “respect for human rights” reflecting the United Nations Global Compact.


All employees are engaging in understanding the code of conduct and acting accordingly through training such as e-learning. Furthermore, in the unlikely event a human rights violation occurs, efforts are made to rectify it and provide redress through the internal reporting system.


The Hitachi Transport System Group aims to be a company that seeks to provide great social value through respect for human rights.
