Notice Regarding One of the LOGISTEED Group Companies Trade Name Change

LOGISTEED, Ltd. (LD) is pleased to announce that one of our Group companies, Project Cargo Japan, Inc. (PCJ), a joint subsidiary with Kintetsu World Express, Inc. (KWE) will change its trade name.

3. Reason of the change
In 2011, PCJ was established based on a business alliance with KWE for the purpose of sales and consulting operations specializing in project cargo. In recent years, they have further promoted collaborative creation activities that leverage the superiority of LD and KWE, and expand 3PL operations in various industries. Therefore, the new company name expresses that the purpose of the business is the collaborative creation activities of LOGISTEED and KWE, and the business will be conducted under a new trade name.
