LOGISTEED, Ltd. announces that its CO2 emission visualization solution, "EcoLogiPortal®," part of the Supply Chain Design & Optimization Services (SCDOS), has been added to the lineup of Asuene Inc.'s CO2 reduction solutions marketplace, "Asuene Store." This collaboration allows companies facing challenges in reducing CO2 emissions in the logistics sector to compare various solutions with "EcoLogiPortal" and, by integrating data from "ASUENE" and "EcoLogiPortal," manage CO2 emission data centrally and explore optimal reduction methods.

Background of the Collaboration

In October 2020, the government declared the "2050 Carbon Neutral Declaration," aiming to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. As a result, companies are increasingly required to adopt environmentally conscious management practices. As part of this effort, LOGISTEED provides the CO2 emission visualization solution "EcoLogiPortal," which continuously visualizes the effects of CO2 emission reductions within the SCDOS.Asuene offers cloud services for visualizing, reducing, and reporting CO2 emissions across the entire supply chain (Scope 1-3) according to the GHG Protocol^*1, as well as SX^*2 consulting for companies and municipalities. Overview of Asuene Store

Asuene Inc. operates a marketplace for CO2 emission reduction solutions, where companies can search, compare, and evaluate solutions for decarbonization and select the optimal service. By integrating with Asuene's cloud service "ASUENE," which supports the visualization, reduction, and reporting of CO2 emissions, companies can accelerate their efforts towards achieving decarbonized management.

Overview of EcoLogiPortal

By linking customer systems with LOGISTEED's IT infrastructure, necessary data is automatically collected, and CO2 emissions during transportation within the supply chain are aggregated. The aggregated data can visualize CO2 emissions from various perspectives and granularities, such as by region, transportation mode, and product category. This data helps customers understand the overall picture of CO2 emissions in their transportation areas and supports the consideration and implementation of specific actions to reduce emissions. EcoLogiPortal has been confirmed as a solution that correctly calculates CO2 emissions through conformity assessments by third-party organizations.^*3
