LOGISTEED is Selected Under the 2026 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program
for Four Consecutive Years

LOGISTEED, Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company has been recognized for four consecutive years under outstanding organizations recognition program, which is jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council). ^* The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program is a system in which Nippon Kenko Kaigi recognizes companies that practice excellent health and productivity management, based on initiatives in line with local health issues or health promotion recommended by Nippon Kenko Kaigi. At this time, four of our Group companies, LOGISTEED East Japan, LOGISTEED Central Japan, LOGISTEED West Japan, and LOGISTEED Kyushu, were also certified for four consecutive years.

*The Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council): an organization that takes practical community and workplace-based actions, through collaboration among private organizations such as economic, medical, or insurance with full administrative support, in order to extend the healthy lifespan of and provide appropriate medical care for each individual in Japan, as a country that is facing a drastically aging society and declining birthrate.

We issued the Group Corporate Health Declaration in August 2022 with the aim of realizing a mentally and physically healthy and fulfilling life for each employee. As a main initiative, we work together with our Health Insurance Association to organize health promotion events, and our dedicated public health nurses and a certified psychologist work in close collaboration with an industrial physician to provide early-stage guidance aimed at preventing lifestyle-related diseases, as well as health consultations. Furthermore, by collaborating with external organizations, we promote the creation of a workplace where employees can remain healthy and work with peace of mind, including the establishment of external health consultation services available to employees and their families nationwide.
Going forward, we will continue to enhance the engagement of each employee, implement initiatives that contribute to improved health literacy, and foster safe and comfortable working environments. Through ongoing efforts to support and improve employee health, we are committed to building an even more vibrant and energetic organization.
