LOGISTEED is Selected Under the 2025 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program
for Three Consecutive Years

LOGISTEED, Ltd. is pleased to announce that the company has been recognized for three consecutive years under outstanding organizations recognition program, which is jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council)*.
The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program is a system in which Nippon Kenko Kaigi recognizes companies that practice excellent health and productivity management, based on initiatives in line with local health issues or health promotion recommended by Nippon Kenko Kaigi. At this time, four of our Group companies, LOGISTEED East Japan, Ltd., LOGISTEED Central Japan, Ltd., LOGISTEED West Japan, Ltd., and LOGISTEED Kyushu, Ltd., were also certified for three consecutive years.
*The Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council): an organization that takes practical community and workplace-based actions, through collaboration among private organizations such as economic, medical, or insurance with full administrative support, in order to extend the healthy lifespan of and provide appropriate medical care for each individual in Japan, as a country that is facing a drastically aging society and declining birthrate.
We issued the Group Corporate Health Declaration in August 2022 with the aim of realizing a mentally and physically healthy and fulfilling life for each employee. As a main initiative, we have established the Group Health Management Section, where industrial health staff such as an industrial physician, public health nurses, and a certified psychologist work together with the health insurance association to maintain and improve the health of employees and their families. Furthermore, we have set up an external consultation desk, "a mental and physical health consultation desk," for employees and their families. We are promoting the creation of workplaces where employees can work healthily and securely in collaboration with external organizations.
