Today, we are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with MY MEDICA Inc., a subsidiary of Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd. to explore service integration aimed at addressing health-related accidents in the logistics industry.
Together, the two companies will advance new initiatives powered by digital transformation (DX) to tackle this pressing social issue.

Addressing Social Issues through DX

Health-related traffic accidents remain a serious concern in the logistics sector. LOGISTEED's SSCV-Safety analyzes drivers' vital signs collected via IoT devices using AI, enabling early detection of potential health issues. This system has been deployed across all vehicles within the Group.
MY MEDICA, on the other hand, offers a seamless online healthcare service for employees of motor truck transportation operators. Their platform enables users to book medical appointments, receive consultations, obtain medication guidance, arrange delivery, and complete billingーall online.
Through collaboration between the two companies, preventive medicine and safe operation management utilizing DX will be integrated to monitor drivers' health conditions in real time and smoothly connect them to necessary medical services, thereby helping to prevent accidents.

Specific Areas of Collaboration

Integration of Driving Risk Detection and Medical Support

A framework will be established in which drivers identified by the SSCV-Safety as having elevated health risks can access online medical consultations through MY MEDICA. This initiative aims to promote early treatment and reduce health-related risks among drivers.

Enhancing the Accuracy of Health Management Through System Integration

By linking vital data and treatment status between systems, the accuracy of health condition checks during roll calls and the quality of online medical services will be improved. Visualization and integration of information through DX will contribute to strengthening safe driving management.
