LOGISTEED Holds VC Award 2025
— Sharing Improvement Activities That Drive Productivity Across the Group —

LOGISTEED, Ltd. held the "VC (Value Change & Creation) Award 2025" at our headquarters in Chuo-ku, Tokyo on November 7. This internal event recognizes and showcases outstanding improvement initiatives across all group companies. The VC Award is an annual tradition where each operation site presents its daily improvement activities (VC activities) that embody the "LOGISTEED WAY"*― our guiding principles for enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. By sharing common values and goals across the LOGISTEED Group, the event aims to foster the spirit of One LOGISTEED.
This time, the event venue was connected online with domestic and overseas offices, enabling simultaneous participation and viewing by more than 500 employees. In addition to presentations by the top three initiatives selected through voting by all employees, Alps Logistics Co., Ltd., which joined the Group in October 2024, and LOGISTEED Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. (headquartered in Singapore) introduced their unique VC activities in a special segment.
To further promote company-wide awareness of improvement initiatives, panels showcased the activities ranked 4th to 17th in employee voting. A physical exhibit of the "Reusable Packaging Box for Upper Arm-Type Roll Call Demo Set," which won the Logistics Award at the Japan Packaging Contest 2025, attracted significant attention.
The Group will continue striving to establish a custom of work improvement and upwards employee engagement through visualization of improvement activities and cultivation of the culture of praise.
