Summary of the congratulatory speech from Nakatani CEO:
A Management Field of 100+ Companies Worldwide ― High Expectations for Future CEOs
On behalf of LOGISTEED Group, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you.
We have continued to build solid results in our core 3PL business, including our international operations, and have grown into a company that can make its presence felt globally. As many of you may have compared logistics companies during your job search, I would like you to always keep in mind where we stand in the global landscape.
Our organization comprises four major functions: International Company, Japan Company, Marketing, and Corporate. You will begin your career in one of these areas. Corporate activity is, at its core, the creation of value, and the initiatives undertaken by each function are directly linked to the company's economic value. Through the on-site training that begins now, I encourage you to experience firsthand how each individual working at the frontline creates economic value.
LOGISTEED Group has more than 100 companies in Japan and overseas―meaning there is a vast management field that continuously requires more than 100 CEOs. You are the people expected to aspire to those roles. Developing the management capabilities required to run such companies and broadening the scope of your career and work takes time; however, by continuing to learn and hone your management skills, you can significantly accelerate that growth. The company will provide you with such opportunities for development. Moreover, for those who take a step forward on their own initiative and challenge themselves to accelerate their learning and career growth, even more opportunities will open up. I hope you will embrace these opportunities and carve out your own path.
Once again, congratulations on joining us today.
